How to do it

  1. Start on all fours, aligning wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Engage your core, maintaining a neutral spine position.
  3. Simultaneously extend your right arm forward and left leg backward.
  4. Hold for a moment, keeping your body stable.
  5. Return to starting position and switch to the other side.
