How to do it
- Lie on your back with a foam roller positioned under the middle of your back.
- Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
- Cross your arms over your chest or place them behind your head for support.
- Slowly roll your body back and forth, focusing on the mid-back area.
- Continue for 1-2 minutes, maintaining a steady and controlled motion.
