How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with a foam roller positioned under the middle of your back.
  2. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
  3. Cross your arms over your chest or place them behind your head for support.
  4. Slowly roll your body back and forth, focusing on the mid-back area.
  5. Continue for 1-2 minutes, maintaining a steady and controlled motion.
