The Suspension Chest Press is a bodyweight exercise that uses suspension straps to engage the upper body. It primarily targets the chest while also involving the core and stabilizing muscles. By adjusting the angle of the body, the intensity can be modified. It's effective for building strength and stability.
How to do it
- Anchor the suspension straps securely above shoulder height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing downward and walk your feet back until your body is in a plank position.
- Lower your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows, keeping your body straight.
- Press back to the starting position by straightening your arms.
- Maintain controlled movement throughout to engage the core.
