The Dumbbell Around Pullover is a chest and back exercise that enhances flexibility and strength in the upper body. By engaging in a circular motion, it targets muscle stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a bench, feet flat on the ground, holding a dumbbell with both hands.
  2. Extend your arms straight above your chest, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
  3. Move the dumbbell in a circular motion over your head to one side and then the other.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat the motion in the opposite direction.
