How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, dominant leg back.
  2. Keep hands up, elbows in, and chin down.
  3. Rotate hips and shoulders while extending your dominant arm.
  4. Punch straight forward, keeping wrist straight.
  5. Retract arm quickly to starting position.
