The Suspender Biceps Curl is an exercise that targets the biceps using suspension straps. It involves curling your arms while leaning back, thus increasing tension and effectively engaging the biceps.

How to do it

  1. Attach the suspension straps securely at an appropriate height.
  2. Grasp the handles with an underhand grip, keeping your body leaning back and arms extended.
  3. Engage your core and bend your elbows to curl your hands towards your shoulders.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position to complete the rep.
