How to do it

  1. Step onto the platform of the assisted chin-up machine.
  2. Grab the handles with an underhand grip, palms facing you.
  3. Engage your core and pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
  4. Lower yourself back down with control to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
