The Cable Biceps Curl using an SZ Bar is a strength training exercise targeting the biceps. This exercise is effective for building arm strength and improving muscle definition through a controlled range of motion against resistance.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the SZ Bar attachment with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep elbows close to your sides and curl the bar up towards your shoulders.
  4. Pause at the top, squeezing the biceps, then lower the bar slowly.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining control and proper form.
