The dumbbell prone incline curl is an isolation exercise targeting the biceps. Performed on an incline bench, it emphasizes the biceps brachii by keeping tension throughout the movement, aiding in muscle hypertrophy and strength building.

How to do it

  1. Position your torso face down on an incline bench, with arms hanging straight down holding dumbbells.
  2. Keep elbows close to your sides and curl the dumbbells upward by contracting your biceps.
  3. Squeeze the biceps at the top, then slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.
