How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Keep elbows close to your torso and palms facing each other.
  3. Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders, maintaining a close grip.
  4. Pause at the top and squeeze your biceps.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
