The kettlebell bent-over row targets the upper back and shoulder muscles, promoting strength and muscle balance. It is performed while bent over with one arm resting on a bench for support, rowing a kettlebell towards the torso. This exercise enhances back strength and stability.
How to do it
- Place your left hand and knee on a bench for support.
- Hold a kettlebell in your right hand with your arm extended down.
- Keep your back straight and shoulders parallel to the floor.
- Row the kettlebell up towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position with control.
