The kettlebell bent-over row targets the upper back and shoulder muscles, promoting strength and muscle balance. It is performed while bent over with one arm resting on a bench for support, rowing a kettlebell towards the torso. This exercise enhances back strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Place your left hand and knee on a bench for support.
  2. Hold a kettlebell in your right hand with your arm extended down.
  3. Keep your back straight and shoulders parallel to the floor.
  4. Row the kettlebell up towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position with control.
