The Suspender Arm Curl is a bodyweight exercise focusing on strengthening the biceps using suspension equipment. It involves standing at an angle while pulling the body upward to engage the arms, offering a functional and dynamic way to target upper body muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the suspension straps, holding the handles with an underhand grip.
  2. Lean back slightly, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
  3. Curl your hands toward your shoulders by bending at the elbows.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement before slowly lowering back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the motion while maintaining proper form.
