The suspended abdominal fallout is a core exercise that targets the abdominals and stabilizes the body by using suspension equipment. It requires balance and control as you lean forward, engaging the core muscles to maintain alignment.

How to do it

  1. 1. Stand facing the anchor point and hold the suspension straps with arms extended.
  2. 2. Engage your core and lean forward, keeping your body straight from head to heels.
  3. 3. Extend your arms overhead in a controlled manner, maintaining alignment.
  4. 4. Pause at full extension, then return to the starting position by pulling your arms back.
  5. 5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining core tension throughout.
