The Spell Caster exercise effectively targets and engages the core and shoulders, improving rotational strength and stability. It mimics the movement of casting a spell, involving coordinated rotational movements with dumbbells.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Extend arms forward at shoulder height, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Rotate your torso to the left, engaging your core.
- Swing arms in an arc over to the right, maintaining tension in your core.
- Repeat, alternating sides, for the desired number of repetitions.
