How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Grip the ab roller handles and position it behind your head.
  3. Engage your core and lift your shoulders off the floor.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
