How to do it

  1. Lie face down with your arms bent at elbows, forming a W shape.
  2. Engage your core and glutes to lift your chest and arms off the ground.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you lift.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, maintaining a neutral neck.
  5. Slowly lower back down and repeat.
