The Superman Push-Up is a challenging bodyweight exercise that combines the traditional push-up with an extension of the arms and legs, engaging the core and back muscles intensively. It helps to improve core strength, balance, and upper body endurance.

How to do it

  1. Start in a traditional push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your body until your chest is just above the ground.
  3. Simultaneously extend your arms forward and legs backward in a flying position.
  4. Hold for a brief moment, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
