The Superman Push-Up is a challenging bodyweight exercise that combines the traditional push-up with an extension of the arms and legs, engaging the core and back muscles intensively. It helps to improve core strength, balance, and upper body endurance.
How to do it
- Start in a traditional push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body until your chest is just above the ground.
- Simultaneously extend your arms forward and legs backward in a flying position.
- Hold for a brief moment, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
