Superman Floor Touch is an exercise that targets the lower back and shoulders. It involves lifting the arms and legs off the ground while laying prone, enhancing back strength and posture.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended forward.
  2. Simultaneously lift your arms and legs, keeping them straight.
  3. Hold the top position for a few seconds, engaging your back muscles.
  4. Slowly lower your arms and legs back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
