How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, ground firmly.
  2. Interlock fingers behind your back, palms facing up.
  3. Straighten arms, lift them slightly, and extend chest forward.
  4. Hold, breathe deeply, maintaining a straight posture.
  5. Gently release arms after holding for desired duration.
