How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, barbell over mid-foot.
- Bend at hips and knees, gripping the bar with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the chest, engage the core, and straighten the back.
- Push through heels to lift the bar, extending hips and knees fully.
- Lower the bar with control, keeping the back straight.
