Puppy Pose is a gentle yoga stretch that focuses on lengthening the spine and opening up the shoulders and chest. It helps relieve tension in the back and improves flexibility, beneficial for relaxation and stress reduction.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours, aligning your wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Walk your hands forward, lowering your chest towards the ground.
  3. Keep hips lifted and forehead gently placed on the floor.
  4. Extend arms fully, feeling a stretch along your spine and shoulders.
  5. Hold the position, breathing deeply, for 30 seconds.
