How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the PVC pipe overhead with a wide grip.

- Lower into a squat by bending the knees and pushing the hips back.
- Keep the PVC pipe stable overhead, aligned with the midline of the body.
- Push through the heels to return to the starting position.
