The Lever Single Leg Extension is a strength training exercise targeting the quadriceps. By working one leg at a time, it helps in correcting muscle imbalances and improving leg strength. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing knee joint stability and overall lower body strength.
How to do it
- Adjust the seat and backrest of the Leverage Machine for proper alignment.
- Sit on the machine, securing the pad on your ankle.
- Grip the handles and straighten one leg by extending the knee.
- Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the start position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
