The Lever Single Leg Extension is a strength training exercise targeting the quadriceps. By working one leg at a time, it helps in correcting muscle imbalances and improving leg strength. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing knee joint stability and overall lower body strength.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat and backrest of the Leverage Machine for proper alignment.
  2. Sit on the machine, securing the pad on your ankle.
  3. Grip the handles and straighten one leg by extending the knee.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the start position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
