Tuck jumps are a plyometric exercise that enhances explosive power and cardiovascular fitness. The movement involves jumping vertically and bringing the knees toward the chest, which improves agility, balance, and strength in the lower body.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Engage core and bend knees to lower into a squat position.
  3. Explode vertically by jumping up, drawing knees to chest.
  4. Land softly with knees slightly bent, ready for the next jump.
  5. Repeat the movement for desired repetitions.
