How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Engage core and bend knees to lower into a squat position.
- Explode vertically by jumping up, drawing knees to chest.
- Land softly with knees slightly bent, ready for the next jump.
- Repeat the movement for desired repetitions.
