The Bodyweight Frog Pump targets the glute muscles and is performed lying on the back with knees bent and soles of the feet together. It primarily activates and strengthens the gluteus maximus, aiding in hip stabilization and power.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and the soles of your feet pressed together.
  2. Place your arms by your sides for balance.
  3. Press your hips upward by squeezing your glutes and hold for a moment.
  4. Lower your hips back to the starting position and repeat.
