How to do it
- Begin on your hands and knees in a tabletop position.
- Exhale as you lower your hips back towards your heels.
- Extend your arms forward, resting your forehead on the ground.
- Relax your shoulders, and breathe deeply, holding the pose.
- Slowly return to tabletop position when ready.
