Standing Opposite Touches is a dynamic exercise that enhances coordination, balance, and core strength. It involves standing on one leg, lifting the opposite knee and arm while rotating the torso to bring the elbow and knee closer together.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise your left arm and right knee simultaneously.
- Rotate your torso to bring the left elbow towards the right knee.
- Return to the starting position and switch sides.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
