How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Raise your arms overhead, keeping them aligned with your ears.
- Engage your core by pulling your navel towards your spine and maintain a neutral spine.
- Rotate your hips to one side while keeping your upper body stable. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
