The 'Standing Back Squeeze' exercise focuses on activating and strengthening the upper back and shoulder muscles. This movement is great for improving posture and spinal alignment.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend your arms to the sides at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, keeping your arms straight.
  4. Hold the squeeze for a moment, then release.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
