The Squat Mobility Twist is a dynamic exercise designed to improve flexibility and stability. It combines a deep squat with a rotational movement to enhance mobility in the hips, knees, and spine. This exercise helps improve functional movement and enhances body coordination.

How to do it

  1. Start in a deep squat position, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
  2. Place your hands together in front of your chest.
  3. Rotate your torso to one side, extending one arm out and looking in the direction of the rotation.
  4. Return your arm to the center and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides, focusing on maintaining balance and control throughout the exercise.
