The Squat Mobility Twist is a dynamic exercise designed to improve flexibility and stability. It combines a deep squat with a rotational movement to enhance mobility in the hips, knees, and spine. This exercise helps improve functional movement and enhances body coordination.
How to do it
- Start in a deep squat position, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
- Place your hands together in front of your chest.
- Rotate your torso to one side, extending one arm out and looking in the direction of the rotation.
- Return your arm to the center and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides, focusing on maintaining balance and control throughout the exercise.
