Dumbbell Good Morning

The Good Morning exercise is a hip-hinge movement that primarily strengthens the lower back and hamstrings. It enhances posterior chain strength, improves flexibility, and aids in maintaining a healthy lower back posture.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Place hands behind your head.
- Bend at the hips, keeping back straight, until torso is parallel to the ground.
- Return to the standing position by engaging the glutes and hamstrings.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
