The exercise combines a squat with a knee lift, enhancing lower body strength and stability while also engaging the core. It is beneficial for improving leg power and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands at chest level.
- Lower into a squat, keeping the chest up and back straight.
- Push through the heels to return to standing.
- Lift one knee towards the chest as you stand up.
- Return to starting position and repeat with the other knee.
