How to do it

  1. Hold a skipping rope with handles in each hand.

  3. Swing the rope over your head and jump as it approaches your feet.
  4. Land softly on the balls of your feet and repeat the motion smoothly.
  5. Maintain a steady rhythm and keep your core engaged.
