The high knee march is a dynamic exercise that improves cardiovascular fitness and strengthens the lower body. It focuses on raising the knees towards the chest while maintaining an upright posture, enhancing leg muscles and core stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Lift your right knee towards your chest and simultaneously swing your left arm forward.
  3. Quickly alternate, bringing your left knee up and right arm forward.
  4. Continue alternating movements while maintaining an upright posture.
  5. Perform the exercise at a brisk pace, focusing on knee height and arm movement.
