How to do it
- Set up blocks and place the barbell on them.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bend knees, and grip the barbell.
- Explosively extend hips and knees to lift the bar overhead.
- Catch the bar overhead with arms fully extended, slightly bending the knees.
- Stand up straight, then carefully lower the bar back to the blocks.
