The Barbell Snatch Deadlift is a compound exercise focusing on developing strength and power. It primarily targets the legs and back, improving athletic performance and muscle coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, barbell over midfoot.
  2. Bend at hips and knees, grip bar with a wide, overhand grip.
  3. Keep chest up, flatten back, and engage core.
  4. Lift bar by extending hips and knees, stand upright.
  5. Lower bar back to floor with control.
