The Spine Backbend Stretch is a standing exercise aimed at improving flexibility and mobility in the back and spine. By gently leaning backward, it helps to relieve tension in the back muscles, enhancing posture and back health.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Interlock your fingers and place your hands behind your head.
  3. Slowly arch your back, pushing your hips slightly forward.
  4. Hold the position for a few seconds, feeling the stretch in your back.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat.
