How to do it

  1. Lie face down with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Lift your right arm and left leg simultaneously, keeping them extended.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then lower to the starting position.
  4. Repeat with the left arm and right leg, alternating sides.
  5. Maintain a steady, controlled pace throughout the movement.
