The Cobra Side Ab Stretch is a yoga-inspired exercise that primarily stretches the abdominal and spinal muscles. It helps improve flexibility in the spine and core, relieving tension and enhancing posture.
How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor with legs extended and palms under shoulders.
- Press into your hands to lift your chest, arching the back while keeping the pelvis on the ground.
- Twist slightly to one side, feeling the stretch along the side of the abdomen.
- Hold for a few seconds, then return to the center.
- Repeat on the other side.
