The Cobra Side Ab Stretch is a yoga-inspired exercise that primarily stretches the abdominal and spinal muscles. It helps improve flexibility in the spine and core, relieving tension and enhancing posture.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor with legs extended and palms under shoulders.
  2. Press into your hands to lift your chest, arching the back while keeping the pelvis on the ground.
  3. Twist slightly to one side, feeling the stretch along the side of the abdomen.
  4. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the center.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
