How to do it

- Slightly bend your knees, hinge at the hips, and lower your torso until it's parallel to the ground.
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.
- Raise your torso back to the starting position by extending your hips.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
