The Kettlebell Good Morning is a hip hinge exercise that primarily targets the lower back, promoting strength and stability in the posterior chain. It aids in developing core stability and overall lower body strength.

How to do it

  1. Hold a kettlebell with both hands, keeping feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Slightly bend your knees, hinge at the hips, and lower your torso until it's parallel to the ground.
  3. Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.
  4. Raise your torso back to the starting position by extending your hips.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
