The Dumbbell Straight Leg Deadlift is a compound exercise targeting the posterior chain. It primarily strengthens the hamstrings and lower back while enhancing flexibility and balance. It is effective for improving posture and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms fully extended.
  2. Keep your back straight and core engaged, hinge at the hips, lowering the dumbbells toward the floor.
  3. Slowly raise your torso back to the starting position by driving your hips forward.
