How to do it
- Position yourself on a Glute-Ham Developer machine, securing ankles under the footpads.
- Start with your body straight, hands crossed over chest or by your sides.
- Lower your torso towards the ground by hinging at the knees.
- Engage your hamstrings and glutes to raise your body back to the starting position.
- Maintain control and keep your back straight throughout the movement.
