How to do it

  1. Lie face down with arms and legs extended.
  2. Lift your arms and legs slightly off the ground.
  3. Simultaneously move your right arm and left leg up, then switch sides.
  4. Continue alternating in a smooth, controlled manner.
  5. Focus on keeping your core engaged throughout.
