Spin Back Kick

The spin back kick is a dynamic martial arts move that combines a spinning motion with a powerful back kick. It is excellent for improving balance, coordination, and lower body strength, while also providing cardiovascular benefits.

How to do it

  1. Start in a fighting stance with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pivot on the front foot, spinning your body 180 degrees.
  3. As you complete the spin, extend your rear leg backward in a kicking motion.
  4. Aim to hit the target with your heel, keeping the leg straight.
  5. Return to the starting stance smoothly and controlled.
