How to do it
- Lie on your back beneath the Smith Machine bar.
- Grip the bar with both hands for stability.
- Extend your legs vertically, keeping them together.
- Engage your core to lift your hips off the ground towards the bar.
- Slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position.
