How to do it
- Position yourself on the sled machine with your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.

- Push through the balls of your feet to extend your ankles, raising the heels as high as possible.
- Control the movement as you lower your heels back to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise for the desired number of reps.
