Ankle Circles are a simple but effective exercise to improve ankle mobility and increase range of motion. This exercise is useful for preventing injuries and stiffness, and it aids in warming up the lower legs for more intense activities.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Shift your weight to one leg.
  3. Lift the opposite foot slightly off the ground.
  4. Rotate the lifted foot in a circular motion.
  5. Switch directions and repeat on the other foot.
