How to do it
- Sit on the leg press machine with feet flat against the platform and shoulders supported.
- Adjust the seat so knees are slightly bent at the start position.
- Keep the heels off the platform and push through the balls of the feet to extend the ankles.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower to the start position.
- Repeat for desired reps, ensuring controlled movements.
