How to do it

  1. Sit on the leg press machine with feet flat against the platform and shoulders supported.
  2. Adjust the seat so knees are slightly bent at the start position.
  3. Keep the heels off the platform and push through the balls of the feet to extend the ankles.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower to the start position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, ensuring controlled movements.
