In the Sitting Windshield Wipers exercise, you target the core muscles by rotating the lower body side to side while seated on the floor. This movement enhances core stability and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs bent, feet flat, and hands behind you for support.
  2. Engage your core and lift your feet slightly off the ground.
  3. Rotate your legs to one side, keeping the knees together.
  4. Return to the center, then rotate to the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner.
