Sitting Lotus Dynamic Side Stretch

A dynamic side stretch performed in a seated lotus position to improve flexibility and mobility in the torso and sides of the body. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing lateral flexibility and relaxation.

How to do it

  1. Sit cross-legged in the lotus position on the floor.
  2. Raise your right arm overhead, keeping it straight.
  3. Lean to the left side, extending your right arm to feel a stretch along the right side of your torso.
  4. Hold briefly, return to center, and repeat on the other side.
