A dynamic side stretch performed in a seated lotus position to improve flexibility and mobility in the torso and sides of the body. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing lateral flexibility and relaxation.
How to do it
- Sit cross-legged in the lotus position on the floor.
- Raise your right arm overhead, keeping it straight.
- Lean to the left side, extending your right arm to feel a stretch along the right side of your torso.
- Hold briefly, return to center, and repeat on the other side.
